Franchisee promises to adhere to any and all mandates set forth by franchiser and conduct business as set by rules and regulations of contractual agreement. Franchisee also acknowledges that occasionally as franchise deems appropriate, changes to standard procedures may occur and franchisee will act in accordance with implemented alterations and revisions. Franchise will not in any way change rules or established practices unless mandated by franchiser or by action of delegated board or committee
